The Cranbury Soccer Club will be hosting U9 Girls Travel Team try-outs for the 2011-2012 season.

Two tryout sessions will be held on Saturdays April 16th & April 23rd 8:30am to 10:30am Millstone Park, Old Trenton Rd., Cranbury, NJ

 **All girls must wear soccer cleats and shin guards** 

Eligible birthdates are between 8/1/02-7/31/04.

Over the last few week, 2 of the most contentious items in East Windsor have been solved.

Hightstown has dropped it’s plan to merge it’s Police Department into East Windsor’s Police Department and pay East Windsor to cover both towns.  Hightstown decided to sign a new labor agreement with it’s police Union.

East Windsor and 2 other townshave dropped their law suit against the NJ Turnpike Authority and the state over the replacement of trees removed for the widening of the NJ Turnpike.

So what will the next big issue be for East Windsor?  Anyone with an East Windsor Issue,please comment and we can get a thread started about  that.

I think the most controversial item affecting East Windsor is the proposed consolidation of the Police and Courts with Hightstown.  What do you think?  Will consolidation help or hurt East Windsor?  How can East Windsor benefit from it?  I personally don’t see any advantages for East Windsor in this.  At best it will be little or no effect.  At worst, it could cost us big tax increases and stretch our police and courts beyond their limits.   Can anyone tell me what benefits East Windsor gets from this deal?
